Release updates
If you subscribe, we store your email address, preferred language, consent timestamp, and signup source to send artist release updates. We do not sell subscriber information. When welcome emails are enabled, your email address is shared with Resend to deliver the welcome message.
Your choices
Save the private management link shown after your first signup. Open it to unsubscribe at any time. Welcome emails also include a private unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed addresses remain on a suppression list so they are not contacted again.
Cookies and embedded media
The public site does not require an account. Videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain only when you press play. YouTube may process information when you play a video. Admin authentication is handled by the hosting platform.
Security and retention
We store a short-lived hash for rate limiting, not raw IP addresses in the subscription database. Subscriber records are available only to the site operator. We retain subscription information while needed for release updates or honoring an unsubscribe request.
